Children in the Eastern Region have the opportunity to compete in a region wide league throughout the summer; for tristar categories the events are wholly within the Eastern Region but, to reflect the drive towards greater competition, the youths and juniors are encouraged to compete in nationwide competitions.
Those who compete strongly in the season are invited to represent the Eastern Region at the Inter-Regional Championships; this is open to 3 girls and boys in each of the categories Tristar2, Tristar3 and Youths.
